Our orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after the order is confirmed and can take an average of 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on the country.
Shipping costs depend on the shipping location and can be seen at checkout. You may find that buying one or two units have the same shipping costs, this is due to the shipping price being dependant on the weight and size of the order. These are measured in different groupings.
In case of delays, you will be informed accordingly. General delays may also appear on the website.
When you shop with us online, you can use the following payment methods:

To make sure you are you, the name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. It’s within our rights to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Right now, we don’t have an exchange service. If you’d like the item in a different colour or a different size, the best thing to do is to place a new order. Any item can be returned within 14 days after you’ve received the order, if it has not been worn and is in the original packaging. Once it has been returned, you’ll receive an email confirmation and you’ll be refunded within 15 business days.
Your order can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We’ll take the date on your receipt as a starting point.
The following applies to all items: we can only take them back if they’re returned in the same condition as they were sent and if they’re also unopened, still in the original packaging and unworn.
Incomplete returns or items that have been worn or washed won’t be accepted.
